You will be admitted into the exhibtion for the date and time you selected when booking and as shown on your ticket.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate latecomers, it may not always be possible. If you arrive outside of your booked entry time you are not guaranteed entry. Please speak with one of our staff members at the box office who will do their best to assist you.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday: first entry at 10:00 AM, last entry at 6:30 PM (exhibition closes 7:30 PM)
Thursday, Friday and Saturday: first entry at 10:00 AM, last entry at 9:30 PM (exhibition closes 10:30PM)
Your visit to the exhibition has no time limit – we recommend allowing around 1 – 1.5 hours. The average duration of a visit is approximately 50 minutes.
Some areas include stairs, but a step-free route is available so all visitors can enjoy the exhibition without needing to use steps. An exhibition map will be available on site.

No, it is not possible to hire a wheelchair at the exhibition.
We recommend allowing 1 – 1.5 hours to explore the exhibition.
Oversized bags and luggage should be left at home. Guests who arrive with oversized bags, wheeled luggage or suitcases will not be admitted into the exhibition. We are unable to store luggage or oversized bags of any kind.
You may bring your own camera into the exhibition and take photographs in all areas except those marked as prohibited. It is not permitted to use a tripod inside the exhibition. Specific accreditation is required for any professional shooting.
No, you cannot bring your pet to the exhibition, however, all guide dogs and service animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability are welcome.
No, there is not a coat and bag check or storage lockers available at the exhibition. Guests who arrive with large bags, wheeled luggage and suitcases will not be admitted.
No. For the safety and comfort of all visitors, firearms, weapons, or any items that could be considered dangerous are strictly prohibited within the exhibition and its surrounding areas. This includes visitors who are licensed to carry concealed or open firearms.

Is is not mandatory to book tickets in advance but it is strongly recommended. On busy days such as Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, entry cannot be guaranteed to visitors looking to book on arrival. The Box Office at the exhibition is open during opening hours only.
